We probably do things a little different here at Swackie than most companies do. We are a very small, tightly formed team, and it is not our preference to employ people, but rather to empower them, by giving them a stake in the business.

Of course, often it can be the other way around too, if a company requires some help in introducing modern technology to the business, through the use of data management, then our preferred course of action is to take a stake in the company in return for introducing the technology required to give the business the edge over other competitors.

We have many years experience in creation and management of large scale data projects. We have many contacts through our various operations, clients, colleagues and partners. There are, however, some things we don't have, or prefer not to get involved with. We prefer not to get bogged down in day-to-day admin matters and look for alternatives.

Our prefered solution is to form a partnership with an industry expert, who supplies the industry knowledge, the day-to-day operational skills and the management team, while we concentrate on bringing the very best technology available to the business to give the partnership an edge over it's competitors. This solution also lowers the cost of introducing the new technology, and eliminates many of the risks involved in change or expansion.

The technology available today, not only brings your product or service to a wider audience, but also cuts costs by streamlining the operations. This lowers your base costs, allowing you undercut the competition and also generate a higher profit margin. We are very interested in talking to any business who feel that they could expand their operations through the efficient use of technology and by better data management. There is absolutely no commitment by talking to us. We talk to many businesses, but only a few of these go the full distance and end in mutual business arrangements between us. Some may also end up as clients on a consultancy basis.
